The input images are curated and used to train Low-Rank Adaptation Models using Jupyter Notebook. By repeating this process, the artist is able to directly influence the visual output of the AI model on a technical level, examining how technology can be used as a means of interplay with our visual and linguistic expression.
INPUT IMAGES
While walking around Providence, about 100-150 images were taken of the sky, the river, the trees, and the buildings respectively that were used as a data set to adjust the parameters of the diffusion model.
OUTPUT IMAGES
The final output was animated into videos of each scenic element that were presented on a CRT Television Set along with sonnets that were written while taking the walk.
The images of the video were also printed on watercolor paper and bound into four hand-made flipbooks that were presented with the television set.
